We offer a complete solution for clients looking to convert an unused basement or improve an existing failed basement. All our contractors are NSBC (Newton Specialist Basement Contractor) scheme qualified and all our surveyors have passed the rigorous CSSW examinations (Certified Surveyors in Structural Waterproofing). These qualifications ensure everyone on site is competent and that your project is designed, installed and supervised to the highest standards.

New basement conversions
Perfect if you have an existing unused basement and wish to extend your living or working space. Converting this space is likely to add significant value to your building, and help you improve and expand your home or business without needing to move. We can provide one price for a start to finish job including electrics, plumbing, windows, bathrooms, kitchens plastering, decorating and all finishing tasks.
With one competent contractor you'll save the hassle of co-ordinating different companies, reduce the build time and simplify the project costs! We also take care of Building Regulations, Planning Permission, Health and Safety and all structural elements of the cellar conversion build.
We don't need to subcontract labour in as we use our own fully trained and insured basement conversion contractors. You'll be assigned a project manager who will ensure the job runs smoothly from the first day to the last finishing touch. Above ground solutions
Damp and water ingress can regularly affect houses that do not have cellars. Traditional damp proof courses which are applied by injection methods are unlikely to work on old properties with thick stone walls, such as barns or cottages. Traditional cementitious tanking solutions are time consuming and messy to install.
We supply and fit a range of specialist membranes that seal the damp in the wall out of the internal spaces without affecting the aesthetics of the internal or external wall. Once installed the membranes are completely covered in plaster and cannot be seen.
Installation times are shorter as plaster can be applied to membranes immediately and the reassurance of a physical barrier from damp gives superior lifespan and reliability when compared to traditional methods such as DPC injection or slurry applied tanking.
